Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the PomoTime mobile application (the "Service") operated by Vehust Private Limited ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated data stored locally), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vehust Private Limited and its licensors. The app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Proprietary Assets Note

All source code, declarative Jetpack Compose UI architecture, visual icons, brand marks, and customized audio assets incorporated in PomoTime are the exclusive intellectual property of Vehust Private Limited. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, or redistribute the software artifacts without explicit written authorization.

03 / USER DATA & PRIVACY

User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. PomoTime stores your timer logs and preferences locally on your device. We are not responsible for the loss of data due to app uninstallation, device failure, or clearing of app cache/data by the user.

Clearing app data, device reset, or uninstalling causes Android to purge app storage. Backups remain user-managed.

Advertisements (Free Version)

The free version of PomoTime is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to the display of these advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered in third-party advertisements.

block Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in violation of local laws.
block Interfere with, tamper with, or disrupt the advertising services provided within the app.
